SMS system was introduced which is good but text should be received 1 h prior to app not 3 days earlier

The high level of care and attention to detail of your treatment room staff cannot be faulted. The reassurances given to my wife did much to alleviate her uncertainty and apprehensions. She had a severe fall 3 weeks ago and needed confirmation that her healing process was on track. She was given a same day appointment for the check-up and eventually went home most reassured.

The clinic on the whole is very good BUT it is soooooooooooooo hard to get an appointment with a specific doctor who you are meant to return to see.

The doctors and nurses are kind and caring, and the "same day - urgent access" system that was recently introduced has been excellent - but it means that we must expect a long wait to see a doctor - but at least I was seen today: much better than ringing back day after day to get an appointment.
